lead and shape our product strategy for the complete Flex HRM solution in Sweden
and internationally, while ensuring our business objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be stationed at one of our offices in Örebro, Stockholm, or Gothenburg. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Developing and driving the product strategy to ensure that Flex HRM supports our
overall vision and business goals. - Defining and prioritizing product requirements based on market analysis,
customer feedback, and company strategy. - Collaborating with our product owners, in the Product Board and with other
departments across the business to ensure that product development meets
the needs of all stakeholders. - Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities for Flex HRM
product portfolio. - Driving product launches and ensuring that products reach their full potential in
the market. - Taking responsibility for long-term planning and vision for Flex HRM.
- Managing strategic integration partnerships supporting our business
goals.

Qualifications
- Experience in product management, preferably in the technology or software
industry. - Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to interpret data and
market insights to drive product and commercial decisions. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various
stakeholders at all levels within the organization. - Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure to deliver results within
timeframes and budgets. - Experience with agile methods and product development frameworks is a
plus.

We are already offering Flex HRM in several countries and we intend to increase our strategic focus on packaging and selling Flex HRM internationally. Previous experience with products offered on different markets is considered a plus.
